Mission Statement

Our mission is to awaken the peaceful warrior within through the creative art of dancing with swords and moving with props.  Our movement classes in  balance, strength, flow, and group improvisation aim to create a safe space to explore creative moving and community as we focus on building confidence, mindfulness, strength, discipline through inclusive dance classes, events and performances.
